Harvest Notes
Pick fully red and soft from July. Early morning harvesting best. Handle gently — crush easily.
Uses
Fresh eating, jam, cordial, wine, vinegar, baking, as a fresh garnish.

Storage
Use within 1–2 days. Freeze immediately for longer storage.
Lookalikes
No dangerous lookalikes. All wild Rubus species produce edible berries. The hollow core when picked is unmistakable.
